Five independent packaging units operate simultaneously, achieving high-speed and stable pouch production. The equipment is configured with appropriate filling systems based on the characteristics of different liquids, adapting to aqueous liquids, emulsions, and sauces of a certain viscosity, meeting the packaging needs of diverse products.
The entire machine employs automated control, managing key parameters such as film feeding speed, filling volume, sealing temperature, and packaging speed via PLC and touchscreen, allowing operators to quickly adjust production status. The four-side-seal packaging structure ensures smoother sealing around the finished bags, resulting in a more three-dimensional and aesthetically pleasing bag shape, while also improving sealing performance during transportation and storage.
