AUTOMATIC LIQUID POUCH PACKING MACHINE
This automatic liquid pouch packing machine employs a multi-channel vertical packaging structure. The packaging film is pulled out by the forming system, forming four continuous channels for small bags. Each channel is equipped with a precise liquid filling system to ensure accurate filling volume. During operation, the liquid is filled into the formed bag, followed by continuous back sealing and cross sealing to complete the packaging of a single small bag. By selecting appropriate pumps and filling components, this machine is suitable for liquid products of various viscosities.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Four rows of machines operate synchronously in parallel, with precise timing matching across multiple channels, achieving four times the production capacity of a single row machine.
2. An integrated anti-drip filling valve structure prevents liquid dripping and contamination of the seal and machine body during shutdown and lifting processes.
3. The heat sealing system features an independent PID temperature control module, with separate temperature control for vertical and horizontal sealing zones, adaptable to different film materials.
4. The servo traction system digitally sets the bag length, eliminating the need to replace mechanical parts; bag length parameters can be directly adjusted on the screen.
