SHAMPOO SACHET PACKING MACHINE
This dual-material, irregularly shaped shampoo sachet packing machine packages two different liquid ingredients into a single irregularly shaped bag. It is widely used for packaging shampoos, conditioners, hair care products, shower gels, lotions, cosmetic samples, and other personal care liquid products. It enables combination packaging of shampoo + conditioner, shampoo + hair serum, or mixed packaging of different formulas.
The equipment uses a roll-film forming process, eliminating the need for pre-made bags and automatically completing the dual-material separation filling and irregularly shaped bag production. The entire machine is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel, with 316L anti-corrosion treated material contact parts, making it suitable for weakly acidic and weakly alkaline dyeing and conditioning materials. Dual metering systems are independently controlled, allowing for different filling ratios. Bag type, capacity, temperature, and speed are adjustable with a single button, ensuring fully automated operation.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The packaging film is fed into the forming station via photoelectric correction and servo traction; the middle longitudinal seal separates the bag into two independent chambers on the left and right; dual metering pumps inject agent A (hair dye) and agent B (hydrogen peroxide) into the two chambers respectively; then the upper horizontal seal, irregular shape punching, easy-tear pressing, and batch number printing are completed; finally, the finished bag is cut to the specified length.
