SAUCE POUCH PACKAGING MACHINE
This sauce pouch packaging machine integrates all processes—unwinding, forming, longitudinal sealing, bottom sealing, filling, top sealing, easy-tear cutting, and fixed-length cutting—into one unit, completing the entire packaging process from roll film to finished small bags in a single machine.
Applicable materials include low- to medium-viscosity liquids such as soy sauce, edible oil, liquid seasonings, mouthwash, skincare samples, oral liquids, and eye drops, as well as mixed liquids containing suspended particles. By selecting different types of filling pumps, it can also be adapted to high-viscosity sauces or liquid products containing small particles. The equipment has wide applicability in small bag packaging scenarios in the food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
During operation, the packaging film is first precisely conveyed by an automatic correction and photoelectric positioning system, and then formed into individual bags by a forming mechanism. Liquid material is pumped into the feeding pipe through a metering pump, and rapid filling is completed within the set capacity range. After filling, the heat sealing system simultaneously seals the four sides of the bag, forming a sealed four-side bag. Finally, an automatic cutter completes the cutting and output of the finished product.
