This energy gel sachet packaging machine can continuously complete the entire process, including packaging film feeding, pouch forming, precise filling, four-side sealing, and finished product cutting. WORKING PRINCIPLE
Continuous packaging is achieved through steps such as automatic film feeding, precise filling, heat sealing, and bag cutting. During operation, the packaging film is fed, positioned, and formed into five rows of bags by the film feeding, positioning, and forming mechanisms. Five filling systems simultaneously inject liquid into the bags according to the set capacity. The bags are then sealed by a four-sided heat sealing mechanism, and finally, the cutter automatically cuts and outputs the finished bags. The entire process is controlled by a PLC system, achieving high-speed, stable, and continuous automated liquid packaging.
