AUTOMATIC LIQUID PACKING MACHINE
The multi-lane automatic liquid packing machine mainly consists of a film feeding system, a multi-lane bag making system, a liquid metering system, a longitudinal and transverse sealing mechanism, a bag cutting system, an electrical control system, and a finished product conveying section.
The equipment adopts a multi-row synchronous packaging method, simultaneously forming multiple packaging channels on the same roll of packaging film. Compared to single-row equipment, the multi-lane structure can fully utilize the width of the packaging film, improving production efficiency without increasing the equipment's footprint.
Liquid material is delivered to each filling channel via independent metering pumps, maintaining a stable flow rate in each channel and reducing filling errors caused by increased speed. The four-side sealing structure heat-seals all four sides, making the edges of the packaging bags smoother and improving leak-proof performance during transportation.
The entire machine adopts a modular design, with each functional area independently laid out, allowing operators to quickly adjust packaging parameters and reducing the difficulty of later maintenance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
During operation, the packaging film first enters the forming area via the film feeding mechanism, where guide rollers and a positioning system ensure stable film movement. The forming system folds and divides the flat film into multiple packaging channels, simultaneously forming the basic bag structure.
Once the packaging bag is formed, a multi-row liquid filling system synchronously fills the bag according to a preset capacity. Metering pumps control the liquid output of each channel based on set parameters, ensuring consistent weight for each bag.
After filling, a transverse sealing mechanism heat-seals the top and bottom areas of the bag, while a longitudinal sealing mechanism seals the sides, creating a complete four-side seal structure.
Finally, a bag-cutting mechanism cuts the bag to a set length, and the finished product is automatically discharged via a conveyor. The entire process is continuous, achieving high-speed automated packaging. Continuous bag cutting can also be configured.
