POWDER STICK PACK MACHINE
The powder stick pack machine is equipped with a powder storage hopper at the top, and powder is fed into the packaging bags via a screw metering system. Different powder products can have their screw speed and filling parameters adjusted according to density and flowability, ensuring stable filling for materials such as coffee powder, milk powder, and seasoning powder.
During the packaging process, the machine automatically completes: film unwinding→film positioning→bag forming→powder metering→automatic filling→back sealing→horizontal sealing and cutting → finished product output.
