MULTI LANE POWDER PACKING MACHINE
The multi lane powder packing machine adopts an 8-lane synchronous operation structure, capable of producing 8 lanes of pouches simultaneously. The entire process, from packaging film feeding, pouch forming, powder metering, filling, sealing to finished product cutting, is fully automated.
This machine is optimized to address common issues with powder products, such as unstable feeding, dust generation, weight errors, and powder trapping during sealing. A screw metering system controls the powder filling amount in each pouch, combined with a stable film feeding and heat-sealing structure, ensuring consistent packaging results for every lane of pouches.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
During operation, the packaging film is first mounted on the film feeding shaft and then fed into the bag-making area via an automatic film feeding mechanism.
The forming unit folds the flat film into a continuous bag, followed by a back-sealing system to seal the bag.
Simultaneously, powder from the upper hopper enters the screw metering mechanism. The screw rotates according to set parameters, feeding a fixed weight of powder into each packaging bag.
After filling, a horizontal sealing mechanism heat-seals the bag opening, and a cutter cuts the bag to a set length.
Finally, the continuously produced packaging bags are divided into individual rounded-corner pouches and conveyed out via a conveyor mechanism.
