SPICE POWDER PACKING MACHINE
This spice powder packing machine is designed with "multi-lane parallel operation and intelligent control" as its core concept. It features a compact structure and small footprint, yet its production capacity is several times that of traditional single-row packaging machines. The entire machine adopts a high-rigidity mechanical frame, coupled with a PLC and touchscreen human-machine interface, making operation simple. Whether it's small doses of pharmaceutical powder or large doses of meal replacement powders and seasonings, this equipment can provide stable, aesthetically pleasing, and well-sealed finished products, effectively improving the automation level and production efficiency of the packaging workshop.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The equipment operates based on a continuous automated process of "film supply—bag making—filling—sealing—cutting":
Film Supply and Forming: The roll composite film is drawn into the forming unit by a traction device. The bag making unit folds the flat film into shape and seals it longitudinally (back seal) or transversely (three/four sides) to form a continuous bag.
Metering and Filling: A high-precision servo screw meter accurately fills each bag with powder material according to a preset weight.
Sealing and Cutting: After filling, the bags are sealed by a transverse sealing mechanism and finally cut into individual small bags by a cutting blade according to a set length.
Synchronous Control: All actions are coordinated by a PLC through various servo motors, cylinders, and sensors to ensure precise synchronization of bag making, filling, and sealing cycles even at high speeds.
