The main frame is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, and product-contact areas feature a quick-disassembly design free of dead zones, ensuring stable single-bag packaging performance for dry powders, fine powders, and lightweight powders with varying flow characteristics. Operational sequencing is centrally managed by a PLC, while closed-loop position and temperature controls ensure high repeatability across all actuating mechanisms.
