TURMERIC POWDER PACKAGING MACHINE
Four-side seal packaging requires not only secure seals but also symmetry and flatness across the bag's four corners. Consequently, this turmeric powder packaging machine features an optimized packaging path, starting from the very point of film transport.
Upon entering the machine, the packaging film follows a consistent trajectory thanks to a stable transport system; the bag body remains flat and straight before reaching the sealing zone, preventing film sway from compromising seal quality. Following powder filling, the sealing mechanism pauses briefly before applying pressure, allowing the material inside to settle naturally; this minimizes the risk of powder entrapment in the seal area and enhances sealing reliability.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Packaging film is fed into the forming area by the film-feeding mechanism and shaped into a bag under the guidance of the guiding assembly; a four-side sealing mechanism then completes the bottom and side seals. Subsequently, a servo-driven auger dosing system precisely conveys the powder to the filling nozzle based on the preset weight, allowing the material to drop evenly into the bag. Once filling is complete, the top sealing mechanism heat-seals the bag opening, while a cutter separates the finished bag from the next packaging cycle. The entire process is centrally coordinated by a PLC control system, synchronizing film feeding, dosing, filling, sealing, and cutting operations to ensure consistent bag dimensions, smooth edges, and reliable seals.
