POWDER SACHET PACKAGING MACHINE
This fully automatic powder sachet packaging machine is designed for both free-flowing and non-free-flowing powders, catering to packaging needs in industries such as food (milk powder, coffee powder, seasonings), pharmaceuticals (medicinal powders, health supplements), chemicals (pesticides, additives), and cosmetics. The equipment automates the entire process-including bag forming, metering, filling, sealing, cutting, and counting-and supports various sachet styles, such as 3-side seal, 4-side seal, and back seal.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
1. Packaging film is fed from the film rack, passes over guide rollers into the forming assembly, and is shaped into a tubular form;
2. The longitudinal sealing mechanism heat-seals the side of the bag at a constant temperature and pressure;
3. The film-pulling mechanism advances the film by a preset length to determine the bag length;
4. Material in the hopper is agitated before entering the auger filler, where a servo motor drives the auger to dispense a fixed dosage;
5. After the powder drops into the formed bag, the transverse sealing mechanism performs heat sealing and cutting;
6. Finished bags are discharged via a conveyor belt, while the control system monitors temperature, film position, operating speed, and fault signals in real-time, maintaining a closed-loop process.
