The feeding pipes are connected to corresponding metering mechanisms, and the feeding path is optimized to ensure rapid powder entry into the bag. The pipe opening is positioned close to the sealing area to minimize powder residue at the bag opening and its impact on sealing quality.

A dedicated forming device divides a packaging film into eight independent back-seal bags. The forming channel is precisely machined to ensure consistent bag width across each row, preventing bag shape changes during high-speed production.

The juice powder packing machine employs a longitudinal back-seal method, using a heating block to continuously press the back of the packaging film, creating a stable seal on the bag. Sealing pressure and temperature can be adjusted according to the composite film material.

JUICE POWDER PACKING MACHINE
This machine is an 8 lane vertical juice powder packing machine, specifically designed for small-dose strip packaging of powder materials. The formed bags are four-corner rounded back-seal bags. The entire machine uses an eight-row screw metering system as its core filling mechanism, combined with longitudinal sealing rollers, transverse sealing molds, and rounded corner cutting tools to complete a fully automatic continuous operation from unwinding to finished product output. It is suitable for filling powders ranging from 1g to 50g, with a maximum operating speed of 40-60 bags per row per minute.
