FULLY AUTOMATIC POWDER PACKING MACHINE
Three-side seal packaging places high demands on the coordination between bag forming and edge sealing; consequently, the fully automatic powder packing machine employs a multi-mechanism synchronized operation to ensure the bag remains stable throughout the forming process.
Upon entering the equipment, the packaging film first passes through a film-guiding assembly for alignment before entering the forming zone to take shape.
After being metered by a screw mechanism, the powder enters the bag through a centrally positioned filling nozzle. Maintaining an optimal gap between the filling nozzle and the bag opening minimizes powder scattering and seal contamination, thereby enhancing seal quality.
The transverse sealing mechanism simultaneously seals the top of the current bag and forms the bottom of the next, enabling continuous cyclic production. A servo system coordinates the various mechanisms, synchronizing film pulling, edge sealing, filling, and cutting to ensure packaging stability.
