SPICE PACKAGING EQUIPMENT
In a single-lane spice packaging equipment, the packaging film does not require multi-lane slitting; instead, it feeds directly into a single-lane forming unit to create the stick pack. This results in more stable film transport and effectively minimizes issues such as film drift and bag width deviations.
Equipped with a single auger dosing system driven by an independent servo motor—eliminating the need for multi-lane synchronization—the machine ensures higher precision for small-dose packaging (e.g., 1g, 2g, or 5g).
For production lines requiring frequent product changeovers, the single-lane machine allows for quick adjustments—involving only one forming unit, one auger, and one set of sealing dies—thereby significantly reducing downtime compared to multi-lane equipment.
It is an ideal choice for enterprises with lower output requirements or those conducting trial production runs.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Packaging film is fed via the film-unwinding mechanism to a single-lane forming unit, where it is folded into a tubular shape and back-sealed. Powder is precisely metered by a screw dosing system and filled into the bag through a filling tube; subsequently, a cross-sealing mechanism seals the bag opening, and a cutter automatically severs the finished product at the preset length. The entire system operates continuously under PLC control, coordinating processes such as film unwinding, film pulling, metering, sealing, and cutting; the single-lane packaging configuration effectively enhances packaging stability and metering accuracy.
