The Multi-lane Milk Powder Sachet Packaging Machine is designed for handling powders with varying flow characteristics-ranging from free-flowing to poor-flowing-enabling precise dosing and continuous packaging. The equipment integrates auger dosing, bag forming, filling, sealing, coding, and cutting into a unified, automated production process.
A servo-driven auger filling mechanism ensures stable powder feeding and effectively minimizes dosing fluctuations caused by variations in material density. Supported by a PLC control system and a responsive touchscreen interface, the machine maintains consistent filling accuracy and smooth operation during prolonged, high-intensity production runs.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
In this back-seal packaging process, the packaging film is pulled downward by a servo-driven film transport system, fed into the forming assembly, and shaped into a tube. A longitudinal sealing mechanism creates the back seal, followed by transverse sealing jaws that form the bottom seal.
Simultaneously, powder from the hopper is continuously fed to the auger dispenser. A servo motor drives the auger to rotate based on the preset fill weight, dispensing a precise amount of powder into each bag.
Once filling is complete, the upper sealing jaws perform the final seal, and a cutter separates the finished bag. The machine automatically repeats this cycle, ensuring the synchronized coordination of film feeding, metering, sealing, and cutting operations.
