JUICE POUCH PACKAGING MACHINE
The juice pouch packaging machine adopts a four-lane synchronous packaging structure and four independent, separate metering systems, specifically designed to solve the problem of small-package production of multiple liquid products. The equipment can simultaneously package four different liquid products according to production needs, with each material having its own independent metering, conveying, and control system.
The separate metering design ensures that different liquids do not interfere with each other. For example, aqueous products require rapid and stable filling, while high-viscosity products such as honey, salad dressing, and concentrated fruit pulp require slower and more precise discharge control. The independent metering units can be adjusted separately, allowing each product to achieve a more suitable packaging effect.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The equipment operates on a core logic of "split metering + step-by-step bag making": four rows of film are folded into cylindrical shapes by their respective forming devices, and the longitudinal sealing film simultaneously completes longitudinal heat sealing to form continuous bag tubes. Simultaneously, four split metering pumps located at the top of the equipment independently draw in four different liquids according to their preset volumes, and deliver them to the corresponding filling nozzles via independent pipelines. The filling nozzles, driven by a servo, descend vertically into the bag opening, complete the quantitative injection, and then retract to prevent dripping. Subsequently, the horizontal sealing mechanism closes to seal the top of the bag on all four sides and cuts it off, outputting the finished bag.
