JELLY PACKING MACHINE
This jelly packing machine integrates bag making, filling, sealing, cutting, and counting into one unit, achieving a fully automated process from roll film to finished bag. The equipment supports various configurations including 4, 6, 8, and 10 rows, and can be flexibly customized to meet production capacity requirements. Its unique liquid filling system ensures high-precision quantitative filling even at high speeds, and combined with superior heat-sealing technology, it ensures the airtightness of each bag.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Film Material Conveying and Correction: The packaging film roll is clamped by an air-expanding shaft, conveyed by a servo traction mechanism, and automatically corrected by photoelectric sensors to ensure precise film positioning.
Bag Forming: The flat film material is folded by a forming device and wrapped around the filling tube. It is then heat-sealed by a longitudinal sealing device to form a continuous bag shape.
Quantitative Filling: Material enters a precision plunger pump or peristaltic pump system through a high-level hopper. Under PLC command, the pump precisely measures the liquid and injects it into the pre-formed small bags below through the filling tube.
Horizontal Sealing and Cutting: After filling, the horizontal sealing device heat-seales the bag opening, and an easy-tear device makes a cut. Finally, a cutter cuts the continuous bag roll into individual small finished bags.
Finished Product Output: The cut finished bags are output via a conveyor belt to the next process.
