The automatic bottle unscrambler organizes randomly arranged empty bottles into a uniform orientation and continuously conveys them to the filling area. Adjustable components can be changed according to bottle type.

The bottle neck positioning mechanism ensures accurate positioning of each bottle upon entering the filling area. It automatically detects bottle position and uses a bottle clamping device to hold the bottle body in place. It ensures the feed inlet is aligned with the center of the bottle neck.

CANDY FILLING MACHINE
The candy filling machine is an automated bottling and packaging system designed for large-scale granular product manufacturers. It's not simply a matter of "weighing and bottling," but rather integrates granule conveying, intelligent combined weighing, precise dispensing, bottle mouth positioning, and automatic detection into a single production line, achieving automated conversion from bulk granular raw materials to standardized bottled finished products.
For products such as nuts, candies, snacks, pet treats, tea, seeds, and seasoning granules, the materials often vary in size, shape, and flow rate. Traditional metering methods are prone to unstable filling volumes, slow speeds, and significant human error. The multi-head combined weighing system, however, calculates the optimal weight combination simultaneously using multiple weighing units, maintaining high-speed and stable output even when dealing with granules of different sizes.

1. Container Adaptive System: The filling head features a lifting function and is equipped with a photoelectric sensor to automatically identify container height and positioning, achieving "no filling without a bottle, machine stop if a bottle is missing" safety protection.
2. Anti-Clogging Design: The weighing hopper and chute feature large-angle polished inner walls to reduce particle residue; buffer baffles are provided for fragile particles to reduce material breakage.
3. Hygienic and Easy-to-Clean Structure: The entire machine is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. All material contact parts can be quickly disassembled for tool-free daily cleaning.
