GRANULAR FILLING MACHINE
The granular filling machine is a weighing-type filling device designed for the automated bottling needs of granular products. The core of the equipment utilizes a multi-head combined weighing system, simultaneously weighing materials through multiple independent weighing hoppers.
Compared to traditional measuring cups, the multi-head weigher does not rely on material volume for calculations, effectively reducing weight deviations caused by differences in particle size, shape, and density. It is particularly suitable for irregularly shaped granular products such as nuts, candies, coffee beans, pet snacks, grains, and flavoring granules.
The machine integrates automatic feeding, vibration dispensing, electronic weighing, precise dispensing, bottle positioning, and conveying control.
