LOTION LIQUID FILLING MACHINE
This is a fully automated bottling and packaging system specifically designed for liquid, lotion, and cream products. From the moment empty bottles enter the production line, the lotion liquid filling machine automatically completes bottle conveying, precise filling, automatic capping, screw-on capping, and finished product output, all without frequent manual operation.
This production line is particularly suitable for companies requiring stable production capacity, such as cosmetic factories, daily chemical product manufacturers, and food and condiment manufacturers.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
After production begins, empty bottles automatically enter the filling area via a conveyor belt.
When a photoelectric sensor detects that a bottle has reached the designated position, a positioning device automatically secures the bottle to prevent movement and filling deviations.
The filling system, based on pre-set capacity parameters, precisely delivers material into the bottle using a metering pump.
After filling, the bottles automatically enter the capping area. The cap sorting system pre-aligns the caps and conveys them to the capping position, where the capping head automatically locks them in place.
The entire process is centrally controlled by a PLC, which automatically detects missing bottles, missing caps, and abnormal shutdowns, improving the overall stability of the production line.
