The cream lotion filling capping machine is a comprehensive packaging equipment designed for mass production of bottled products. The entire system is designed around the bottled product production process, integrating automatic bottle feeding, precise quantitative filling, cap sorting, automatic capping, and conveying/output onto a single production line. WORKING PRINCIPLE
After production begins, bottles enter the equipment via a conveyor belt.
The bottle sorting mechanism automatically adjusts the arrangement of the bottles, ensuring they enter the filling area sequentially at set intervals.
When a sensor detects a bottle has reached its designated position, a positioning device activates, securing the bottle at the filling location.
The filling system then begins operation according to the set capacity.
The equipment achieves precise liquid dispensing by controlling pump running time, flow rate, and filling speed.
After filling, the bottles enter the automatic capping area.
The caps, pre-arranged by the cap sorting mechanism, are conveyed to the bottle neck position via a conveyor track, where the capping head descends and locks the cap.
Finally packaged products are output via a conveyor belt, ready for labeling, boxing, or the next production process.
