Toothpaste Tube Filling Machine
This toothpaste tube filling machine is designed for toothpaste, gel toothpaste, cream paste, and similar viscous products. It fills and seals plastic tubes and aluminum tubes at a capacity of 20–35 tubes per minute. With filling ranges from 6–60 ml up to 50–500 ml, it can be customized for different toothpaste tube sizes and production requirements. The machine uses ultrasonic sealing instead of traditional heat sealing, making it suitable for heat-sensitive paste products.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Tubes are fed into the machine and indexed through each station. A photoelectric sensor detects the position of every tube and provides accurate positioning for the sealing process.
The filling station doses the required volume of toothpaste or paste into the tube. At the sealing station, ultrasonic sealing is applied to close the tube.
A sealing photocell checks whether a tube is present; if no tube is detected, the sealing station will not operate, preventing wasted sealing and contamination. A discharge detection switch verifies whether the tube has been pushed out of the station.
