CONE BLENDER MIXING POWDER AND GRAIN
The cone blender mixing powder and grain uses two connected conical cylinders to form a rotating mixing chamber. During operation, the entire mixing chamber slowly rotates around a central axis, causing the material to continuously change position within.
Unlike mixing equipment with a stirring shaft, the double cone mixer primarily relies on the material movement generated by the rotation of the container to achieve mixing, eliminating the need for high-speed stirring components. Therefore, its internal structure is simpler. For products requiring the preservation of particle integrity and avoidance of excessive shearing, this structure provides a gentler mixing effect.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
After the equipment is started, the drive system rotates the double-cone cylinder according to the set parameters. As the cylinder rotates, the material near the cylinder wall is lifted.
When the material reaches a certain height, it slides down under its own gravity and mixes with the material in other areas.
Because the double-cone structure constantly changes the concentration position of the material, the internal powders or particles repeatedly stratify, diffuse, and recombine, gradually bringing the different components together.
After mixing is complete, the cylinder stops rotating, and the operator opens the discharge device, allowing the mixed material to proceed to the next production step.
