Fully Automatic Tube Filling Machine
This fully automatic tube filling machine integrates tube feeding, photoelectric positioning, filling, ultrasonic sealing, and discharge detection in one continuous process.
It is suitable for large-scale production of toothpaste, paste, cream, gel, and other tube-packed products. With a speed of 20–35 tubes per minute and multiple filling ranges, it offers flexible automation for different tube materials, including plastic tubes and aluminum tubes.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
In automatic operation, tubes are fed into the machine and moved through each station. A photoelectric sensor detects the position of every tube to guide sealing alignment.
The filling station dispenses the preset volume. The sealing station uses ultrasonic sealing, not traditional heat sealing, to close the tube. A sealing photocell monitors tube presence; if no tube is detected, sealing will not be performed.
A discharge detection switch then confirms whether the tube has been successfully pushed out of the working station.
