Paste Tube Filling Machine
This paste tube filling machine is a flexible filling and sealing solution for viscous paste products such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food pastes, adhesives, and industrial pastes. It offers a filling range of A: 6–60 ml, B: 10–120 ml, C: 25–250 ml, and D: 50–500 ml, with customer-made sizes available. The machine achieves 20–35 tubes per minute and uses ultrasonic sealing rather than conventional heat sealing.
Working Principle
The machine automatically feeds tubes into the indexing system. A photoelectric sensor identifies each tube’s position to prepare for accurate sealing. The filling station injects the paste into the tube according to the preset volume. Ultrasonic sealing then closes the tube without relying on traditional heat sealing. A sealing photocell detects whether a tube is present; if there is no tube, sealing is skipped. Finally, a discharge detection switch checks whether the tube has been ejected from the station.
