STICK BAG COUNTING PACKING SYSTEM
The stick bag counting packing system consists of multiple independent functional modules, including a sachet conveying system, a product alignment mechanism, a counting module, a carton feeding mechanism, a carton forming station, a cartoning device, a carton sealing unit, and a finished product discharge conveyor.
Rather than relying on a single continuous mechanical drive, the modules operate according to their respective work cycles and communicate in a coordinated manner via a PLC control system.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The equipment first receives finished pouches from an upstream packaging machine via an infeed conveyor.
As the pouches enter the alignment zone, a guiding mechanism arranges them into an orderly sequence while a counting module monitors the quantity in real time. Once the predetermined count is reached, the grouped pouches are staged at the loading position.
A second count is then performed; this dual-counting process ensures accuracy.
Next, a cartoning mechanism transfers a flat carton from the magazine to the forming station. Once the carton is fully erected and positioned, the loading unit inserts the group of pouches into it.
The loaded carton is then conveyed directly to the flap-folding station before finally exiting the equipment via the discharge conveyor.
