NUTS BOTTLE FILLING MACHINE
The nuts bottle filling machine is equipped with a multi-head combination scale, where each weighing hopper can independently detect materials. When producing products of different specifications, simply adjust the target weight in the control system; no complex metering components need to be replaced, allowing for quick production switching.
Compared to fixed-volume metering methods, the multi-head scale automatically adapts to weight differences between particles. For example, nuts vary in size, resulting in variations in individual weight. Traditional volumetric metering is prone to weight deviations, while the combination scale dynamically adjusts its configuration based on actual weight data, ensuring more consistent filling results each time.
The machine is suitable for industries such as food, snacks, condiments, pet food, and agricultural products, and can be used for producing small to medium-sized bottles as well as large-capacity canned products.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
First, the vibrating feeding mechanism evenly distributes the material into multiple weighing hoppers. Each hopper monitors the current material weight in real time and transmits the data to the control system.
The system performs high-speed calculations based on a set target weight. For example, if the target weight is 500g, the equipment automatically selects a group of hoppers containing 500g of material for dispensing.
Once the bottle enters the filling position via the conveyor, the bottle detection sensor confirms its location, and the combined scale opens the corresponding dispensing gate, completing a precise bottling operation.
