STICK BAG CARTONING MACHINE
This stick bag cartoning machine is designed for the automatic secondary packaging of pre-made sachets. It receives finished sachets from an upstream packaging machine, arranges them according to a preset quantity, and performs carton forming, product loading, and carton sealing in a continuous process.
The conveyor section features adjustable guide rails, allowing for adaptation to different sachet sizes without the need to replace the entire conveyor assembly. Linear guides and servo-driven mechanisms ensure smooth product transport while minimizing mechanical shock.
The electrical control cabinet is integrated within the machine frame; the wiring layout is organized, facilitating routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
