SUGAR POUCH PACKAGING MACHINE
This multi-lane four-side seal sugar pouch packaging machine uses an automatic roll film feeding system, dividing the packaging film into multiple independent bags through a multi-row forming system. The core of the equipment employs a measuring cup-type metering mechanism, which adjusts the measuring cup volume to achieve precise feeding based on the density of the granule product and the packaging weight requirements.
Different structures can be selected according to product characteristics and production requirements.
For products with stable flowability and uniform granules, the push-cup type measuring cup can achieve rapid filling through horizontal reciprocating motion; for products requiring gentler feeding and prevention of granule breakage, the swing cup structure can achieve stable metering through swinging motion.
During equipment operation, each lane corresponds to an independent metering unit, and multiple sets of measuring cups move synchronously, allowing multiple packaging bags to be filled simultaneously, increasing output per unit time.
