SILICA GEL SACHET PACKING MACHINE
The multi-lane silica gel sachet packing machine is a continuous packaging equipment developed for high-speed automatic packaging of small-dose granular products. The equipment adopts a multi-lane synchronous packaging structure, and can be configured with different numbers of rows according to customer production capacity requirements, enabling the simultaneous production of multiple independent four-side seal pouches.
This equipment is mainly used for packaging granular products with good flowability. It controls the weight of each bag through a precise metering system, completing the entire packaging process through automatic film feeding, bag forming, quantitative filling, four-side heat sealing, bag cutting, and finished product output.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
1. Increased Capacity: Multi-lane parallel design, with 4-6 columns operating simultaneously, provides a stable capacity of 180-300 bags/minute. One machine is equivalent to the output of 3-5 single-column packaging machines, while requiring only one operator and occupying the same area as the machine itself.
2. Measuring Cup Measurement, Particle Breakage Rate ≤1%: Particles are measured by naturally falling into the measuring cup under their own weight, eliminating rotational shearing and extrusion grinding, resulting in a particle integrity rate of ≥99%.
3. Full Servo Drive: Parameters such as bag length and phase can be directly modified on the touchscreen without requiring replacement of gears, cams, or any other mechanical parts.
