CANDY SACHET PACKAGING MACHINE
The candy sachet packaging machine is an automated device specifically designed for the continuous packaging of small-dose granular products. It is suitable for packaging products such as sugar, salt, coffee granules, tea granules, seasoning granules, desiccants, preservatives, and food additives into strip-shaped small bags.
The equipment adopts a back-seal packaging structure, achieving high-speed production of multiple continuous bags through processes such as automatic film forming, precise metering, continuous filling, longitudinal sealing, and transverse cutting. Compared to traditional single-bag packaging, strip bag packaging features smaller size, easier portability, neater packaging, and higher production efficiency, and is widely used in the food, catering, hotel, retail, and industrial consumables industries.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
During operation, the packaging film is mounted on the film feeding mechanism and stably conveyed by the drive system.
After entering the forming unit, the film is folded into a cylindrical structure. A longitudinal back-sealing device heat-seals the film edges, forming a continuous bag. Simultaneously, the upper metering system dispenses material according to a set weight, evenly filling the bag with granular material.
Once the set bag length is reached, the transverse sealing mechanism clamps and seals both the top and bottom, while a cutter divides the continuous bag into individual strips. The entire packaging process is automatically controlled by a PLC system, achieving continuous, high-speed, and precise operation.
