TRIANGLE TEA BAG PACKAGING MACHINE
The triangle tea bag packaging machine employs a mechanical structure specifically developed for three-dimensional tea bags. Each functional module operates independently and collaboratively, enabling the equipment to maintain packaging precision even at high production speeds.
The machine as a whole consists of a film feeding system, a film positioning system, a three-dimensional bag forming system, a tea feeding system, a sealing and heating system, a bag cutting system, and an automatic control unit.
During production, the equipment first continuously unfolds and positions the roll of filter material. The forming component alters the film's shape, creating a triangular bag with a spatial structure. After the tea leaves enter the bag through a dedicated feeding mechanism, the equipment automatically seals and cuts the bag.
Addressing the characteristics of tea products, such as susceptibility to moisture, fragility, and light weight, this equipment has been optimized in terms of feeding stability, sealing temperature control, and packaging speed matching, ensuring consistent packaging results for different types of tea.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
After the equipment starts, the film roll is installed on the film feeding shaft, and the drive roller moves the packaging material at a set speed. After passing through the guiding and positioning mechanism, the film enters the triangular bag forming area, where it gradually forms a continuous three-dimensional bag shape under the action of the forming mold.
Simultaneously, tea leaves enter the metering mechanism through the storage hopper. The system completes quantitative distribution according to set parameters and controls the feeding time to ensure accurate placement of tea leaves into each bag. After filling, the sealing assembly ultrasonically presses the packaging material to maintain the integrity and seal of the triangular bag.
The continuously formed tea bags are separated by the cutting mechanism and then conveyed to the collection area by the discharge device. The entire process requires no manual intervention, achieving continuous automated packaging.
