AUTOMATIC INNER AND OUTER PACKET TEA PACKING MACHINE
In the tea packaging process, different types of tea have different flowability and forms, such as broken tea, flower tea, green tea granules, and black tea fragments, each requiring different metering systems and feeding methods from the packaging equipment.
This automatic inner and outer packet tea packing machine adopts a modular design, configuring corresponding metering devices according to the characteristics of the tea to achieve precise packaging of products of different weights.
The main body of the equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the tea use materials that meet food safety requirements, avoiding contamination during long-term production. Simultaneously, the machine uses a PLC automatic control system, allowing parameter settings via a touchscreen. This enables adjustment of packaging speed, bag length, temperature, and operating status, allowing operators to quickly switch products.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The packaging film is first installed on the film feeding mechanism, and then conveyed to the forming unit by an automatic film feeding system. The forming unit folds the flat packaging film into a bag shape, while a longitudinal heat-sealing system seals the back, creating a continuous bag tube.
Subsequently, the metering system automatically weighs the tea according to a preset weight and accurately places the material into the bag. A transverse sealing device heat-seals the bag opening, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
After sealing, a cutting system precisely cuts the bag according to a set length, forming individual tea bags.
