PYRAMID TEA BAG PACKING MACHINE
The integrated inner and outer pyramid tea bag packing machine mainly consists of an automatic feeding system, a multi-material weighing system, an inner bag packaging system, a hanging label system, an outer bag packaging system, an automatic sealing system, a film conveying system, and an intelligent control system.
During operation, tea raw materials enter the weighing system and are precisely proportioned according to set parameters. For compound tea beverages, the equipment can simultaneously weigh different materials independently through multiple weighing channels, then combine them according to the program to form a stable and consistent product formula.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
This integrated tea packaging machine uses an automated control system to complete the entire process of tea weighing, inner bag packaging, and outer bag packaging. After the tea enters the storage hopper, a multi-channel weighing system accurately measures the quantity, supporting simultaneous weighing of six different materials or repeated weighing combinations of a single material to meet the needs of various tea formulas.
The weighed material then enters the inner bag packaging mechanism, where the packaging material undergoes automatic film feeding, forming, filling, and heat sealing to complete the tea bag production. Subsequently, the inner bag automatically enters the outer bag packaging system, where outer film forming, sealing, and cutting complete the secondary packaging. The entire machine uses PLC and servo control to achieve precise synchronous operation of all mechanisms, ensuring stable packaging speed, accurate measurement, and secure sealing.
