FLOWER TEA PACKAGING MACHINE
This flower tea packaging machine uses an ultrasonic sealing system as its core component. Through the coordinated operation of its mechanical structure and intelligent control system, it achieves continuous production of triangular tea bags.
During production, the equipment automatically feeds a filter membrane, which is folded into a triangular three-dimensional structure by a forming mechanism. The tea leaves, after being weighed and controlled by a metering device, enter the bag. Subsequently, the ultrasonic sealing head performs high-frequency vibration welding on the packaging material, quickly bonding the upper and lower membranes to form a strong seal.
Unlike traditional heat-sealing equipment, this machine does not rely on continuous high-temperature heating to achieve a seal, making it more suitable for tea bag products with high requirements for sealing quality, packaging appearance, and material protection.
