GEL POUCH PACKAGING MACHINE
This gel pouch packaging machine is a high-efficiency automated packaging machine specifically designed for quantitative packaging of multi-component liquid materials. It is suitable for simultaneously filling four different liquid materials (or four different formulations) and completing the entire process of bag making, sealing, and cutting. Adopting a four-column independent operating structure, combined with a four-side sealing process, it is particularly suitable for the small-bag packaging needs of multiple categories and dosage forms in the pharmaceutical, daily chemical, food, and health product industries, such as four types of oral liquids, four types of hair care essences, and four types of seasoning sauces.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The equipment first uses a forming component to fold the packaging film into multiple independent bag cavities. Then, four liquid filling systems precisely meter the liquids according to preset parameters, delivering different liquid materials into their respective packaging bags.
Each filling channel is equipped with an independent control structure, allowing adjustments to the viscosity, flow rate, and filling volume for different liquids.
After filling, a transverse heat-sealing system seals the top and bottom of the bag, while a longitudinal sealing mechanism seals the sides, forming a complete four-side-seal packaging structure.
Finally, a cutting system precisely cuts the bag according to the set length.
